Fin Min offers to extend 6% mtge to single-family houses

MOSCOW, Feb 20 (PRIME) -- The Russian Finance Ministry offers to extend 6% mortgage program Family Mortgage to construction of single-family houses, the ministry said in a statement on Saturday.

"We expect that extension of the program will help many families with children to improve their housing conditions," Deputy Minister Alexei Moiseyev said, as cited by the ministry.

The bill has already been prepared, the ministry said.
